Each box has its own theme: pick a song that fits it.
Tip: to skip the intro, set when your song starts (e.g. 1:05). A YouTube link that already has a time (&t=…) fills the box for you.
Tip: paste several links at once, they fill the boxes automatically.

Create a room
Pick how many songs each player adds and a theme for each one. Friends join with the link, the code or the QR code.
Everyone adds songs
Each player pastes their YouTube links in secret from their own phone, and even picks the moment the song starts.
Guess and score
The songs play shuffled and everyone votes: +4 per right guess, +1 for the fastest, and a bonus when nobody figures you out.
Same room or miles apart
Online room, everyone on their own screen
The song starts at the same time on every player's phone. Perfect on a video call, on Discord, or when there's no big screen around.
Presenter and TV mode
The music only plays on the host's screen: a TV, a laptop plugged into a speaker, or a shared stream. In TV mode, themes, votes and results show up big, and everyone votes from their phone.
Not your usual music quiz
In a classic music quiz you name the song or the artist. Here the real question is: which of your friends picked this track? The shameless guilty pleasure, the summer-camp anthem, the hidden gem nobody's heard of… every round reveals something about somebody, and starts a debate.
You don't need to know music to win – you need to know your friends, and to throw them off with your own picks. The less people guess you, the more you score.
At the end, awards go to the detective (most correct guesses) and the most mysterious player (the one nobody could read). Screenshot, share, rematch.
Every song has a theme. Your job: guess who picked it.
The host picks the night's themes, edits them or writes new ones. Everyone adds one song per theme, then it's all shuffled: the theme shows before each song.

FAQ
What is Who put this ?
A music party game you play in your browser. Each player secretly adds YouTube songs, they get shuffled and played one by one, and you have to guess who picked each track.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
It’s completely free, with no sign-up and no app to install. A first name is all you need.
How many players do you need?
At least 3 (below that, guessing doesn’t really work). It’s best with 4 to 12 players; more works too, games just get longer.
Can we play remotely, on Discord or a video call?
Yes: pick “Online room, everyone on their own screen”. The song plays on each player’s phone, so you can stay on your call without sharing your screen. Remote play guide.
Does it work with Spotify?
For now the game uses YouTube links (including YouTube Music and Shorts), because the YouTube player can play almost any song for free, with no account. Almost every Spotify track is one search away on YouTube.
How does scoring work?
+4 points for every correct guess. If nobody figures out who picked a song, its owner gets up to +6 bonus points; the bonus shrinks as more players guess right. Full rules.
What’s the difference between a private and a public room?
A private room can only be joined with the code or link. A public room also shows up in the list of open games, so anyone can join.
